Acquire Voklit

Voklit is winding down as a service, but the product is complete, polished, and ready for a relaunch under new ownership. The full platform is for sale.

What's included

  • Backend: a Go API platform handling number provisioning, calls, SMS, voicemail, billing, and fraud protection, built on Telnyx with PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Mobile app: a React Native (Expo) app for iOS and Android with WebRTC calling, CallKit integration, messaging, voicemail, and contacts.
  • Web dashboard: a Next.js customer console with calling, messaging, billing, and a full admin panel with fraud and security tooling.
  • This marketing site: Next.js with Sanity CMS, including SEO content for area codes, use cases, and comparisons.
  • Brand and domains: the Voklit name, logo, design system, and domains.

What's not included

Customer data of any kind: accounts, phone numbers, messages, call records, and payment history are excluded from the sale and will not be transferred. Existing customer service ends on October 17, 2026 as announced.

Operator accounts also do not transfer. You relaunch on your own Telnyx, Stripe, Clerk, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Expo, and email accounts. Live credentials and secrets stay with the seller; you receive a complete environment variable template instead.

Handover

  • Domains: transferred to your registrar, with the DNS zone documented so you can recreate it.
  • Configuration: environment templates for every service, deployment setup, and a walkthrough of the infrastructure (Telnyx numbers and webhooks, billing webhooks, background jobs).
  • App store listings: optionally transferable to your Apple and Google developer accounts, subject to each store's transfer rules and timing.
  • Transition support: a hands-on handover period to get your relaunch running, terms to be agreed.
