- Recordings: Voicemail and call recordings if you use these features

Provide service, process payments, send notifications, customer support, improve features, comply with law, prevent abuse. We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage & Security
All data stored in the United States. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Retention
- Account info: Until deletion + 30 days
- Call/message records: 12 months
- Recordings: Per Twilio's policy or until you delete
- Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
